We truly hope you love your House of Style UK order! But if something isn’t quite right, that’s okay — we’re here to help and make the returns process as easy as possible.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
How to return your item
- Email us at info@houseofstyleuk.com within 14 days of delivery
- We’ll send you the return instructions
- Send your item back once approved and we’ll take care of the rest
Just make sure you email us before sending your return so we can approve it and guide you through the process.
Keeping items return-ready
To be eligible for a refund, items need to be:
- unworn and in original condition
- free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant or perfume marks
- returned just as they arrived
This helps us keep everything fresh and perfect for every customer.

1. How long does delivery take? 📦
We aim to despatch orders within the same day. UK delivery usually takes 2–3 days with Standard and 1 working day for Next day after despatch. (Orders placed after 3pm will be sent the next day.) You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
2. Do you offer returns? 🔁
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned within 21 days of receiving your order. Just contact us first and we’ll guide you through the process.
3. Can I exchange an item? 👗
If you need a different size, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).
4. What sizes do you stock? 📏
We stock a range of sizes and are currently working on expanding our curve range to cover UK sizes 6–22 so more women can shop comfortably and confidently.
5. Will you restock sold-out items? ⭐
Some popular pieces do come back! Keep an eye on the website or follow us on social media for restocks and new arrivals.
6. Can I cancel my order? ⏳
If your order hasn’t been despatched yet, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try our best to help.
